These General Conditions of Contract (hereinafter, “ CGC”) are intended to regulate the use of the online store (hereinafter e indistinctly, “Online Store”, “Website” or “Website”) owned by ISOCEANPOWER, S.L. (hereinafter, “ ISOCEANPOWER” or “HEROOJ”) by, as well as the terms and requirements that it must comply with throughout the purchase process.

Client will be understood as the Internet user who acquires this condition by registering on the Website, using the corresponding form and to whom a Client code and password are assigned, for which he or she is fully responsible for the use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider, as we will see in the Client Registration section.

By accepting these GTC, the Client declares that he is a person with the capacity to contract according to current regulations and that he has read and accepts these GTC.


The Client will always have access, and in any case, prior to the start of the product contracting procedure, to the CGC, which may be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium


The period of validity or duration of these CGC, will be the time that they remain published on the mentioned website and will be applicable from the moment the Client makes use of the Website, and/or proceeds to the hiring of any products.


The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify said CGC, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification by the Client.

The Client undertakes to carefully read the CGC each time he proceeds to contract a product, given that they may have been modified since the last time he accessed.


If any clause included in these CGC is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity will affect only said provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, subsisting in everything else the CGC.


The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale born between the Provider and the Client from the moment the latter accepts the purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms set forth below.

The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a certain price and publicly displayed through the website, of one or more specific products. Each of these products may be subject to a specific regulation through the particular contracting conditions of each of them, of which more detail will be given in the guarantee, returns, withdrawal section, or in the product's own technical data sheet. due to the different formats in which the products are marketed, their packaging or their very nature.

The Client has full responsibility for its use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the Provider.

The Client may not choose as username those words that are intended to confuse others by identifying him as an integral member of the Provider, as well as profanity, insulting expressions and, in general, contrary to the law or the requirements of the morals and good conduct.


This website operates and sells only in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.From now on, this geographical area will be understood as "the Territory". Therefore, only shipments are made and products are distributed in the aforementioned Territory. However, in the event that there is a Customer who is interested in our products and belongs to a geographical area in which HEROOJ does not have online sales, we suggest that you contact our Customer Service and we will try , if possible, reach an agreement so that you can enjoy our Products.

The use of this website, as well as any purchase made on it, is considered made in Spain, and therefore subject to current Spanish laws and regulations. The Provider does not accept or deliver orders outside the national Territory.

The Provider pays great attention to the information regarding the characteristics of the products through technical descriptions from its collaborating companies and manufacturers, and photographs that illustrate the products. The prices indicated for each Product will be expressed in the Euro currency (€).

The prices indicated next to each Product include VAT and can be viewed from the beginning of the purchase. In case of making any offer, discount or promotion, it will be reflected on this website and you will be able to opt for it.

This price may increase from the price initially displayed at the time you added the Product to your basket. Therefore, the fact of adding a Product to your basket does not mean that you can buy it at the price displayed at that time. The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the Customer. In the registration process, you can indicate a different address where you can receive your orders.

The products purchased will only be shipped when full payment has been made and received. In the meantime the receipt of payment does not take place. the purchase will not be understood as made.

It is possible that one or more of the Products associated with your order are not available at the time of processing it. HEROOJ does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the Product does not take place as a result of the data provided being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond HEROOJ's control, such as the absence of the recipient or retention of the shipment in customs In no case, this delay will entail the obligation to compensate any sum.

For orders less than €35, a shipping cost of €3.90 will apply. Shipping costs are free if your order exceeds €35, except for shipments to the Balearic Islands, with specific conditions detailed below:

New customers have the possibility to place the first order without shipping costs.

We have urgent transport for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. This home delivery option allows you to receive your package in 24/72h (working days) with different transport agencies. If your order is placed before 7:00 p.m., it will be processed the same day, as long as the product is available in our warehouse.

Shipments will not be made to PO boxes.


The period of preparation of the shipment will be from 24 to 48 hours and will include the validation and verification of your data and payment, preparation of the order and collection by the transport company.

The period of transport and delivery of your order will be as indicated, ranging from 1 to 3 business days if the destination is Spanish territory. If the destination is within the European Union, it will be from 3 to 7 business days.

In case you do not receive the package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate period is fourteen (14) business days). During this period, no reshipment or refund of the order can be made.


The R.P.V.P (retail price) of items with a delivery address to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands includes VAT

The prices indicated for each product include the corresponding taxes and in any case will be expressed in the Euro currency (€). These prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping costs or any other additional services and annexes to the purchased product.


To extend an order you can do so as long as you have not completed the purchase and you can do so by pressing the "Continue shopping" button.

To cancel an order after making a purchase, it can be canceled with the right to a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

The invoice can be viewed and downloaded from the Customer's control panel. For this download, the Client must go to "My account", "Order history", after locating the shipment, the Client can do it in "Details" and later by clicking on "Download your invoice as a PDF file".


The Client may choose the following forms of payment:

  • Credit/debit card for which you will provide the following data:

  • Card number;
  • CVV/CVC;
  • Card expiration date.

Your card information will be forwarded directly to the payment service provider Shopify. This entity accesses your identification data as a buyer and the data of the purchase made related to the payment process.

Using this payment method, HEROOJ does not collect or process any Customer data related to the card number. All data is processed directly by the payment service provider Shopify so that HEROOJ can always offer the greatest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.

The payment of the order will be made directly with said entity, thus offering maximum security.

In the event that the payment platform informs of the denial of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the Client of its cancellation at the time. Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside Spanish territory. Your card details will not be stored in our database, since when they are filled in they will be on the secure website of the chosen bank.

  • PayPal: Your card details will be stored securely within your PayPal account, and you can use your account on our website.
  • Electronic wallet: Apple Pay or Google Pay.

In accordance with current legislation, HEROOJ will reimburse you the price of the Product and the commission expenses, within a period of (14) calendar days following receipt of the merchandise by the Client. To do this, the conditions set out on this page of conditions must be met.

HEROOJ will use the same means of payment that you would have used for the initial transaction, unless another means is expressly agreed upon.In any case, the reimbursement of the price will not entail the obligation to pay any fee or commission

The Buyer must bear the direct costs of returning said Products and will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by you. Collection costs in the peninsula amount to 4.90 euros and in the Balearic Islands to 6.90 euros. However, the Consumer is free to choose and search for the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates.

All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, keeping all its accessories in their original conditions (accessories, cases, boxes, guarantees, certificates, etc.), in their packaging – you must, as far as possible, use the same packaging- and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item.

Once the return form has been filled out and sent, the Client will receive the instructions in his email so that he can send it to our facilities. You must send the product(s) within a maximum period of 15 days from when you notify us of your desire to exercise the right to return.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. The payment received will be returned, including the cost of delivery with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice by the Client of a delivery method other than the least expensive method of ordinary delivery that we offer.   • The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and Client with the knowledge on their part that consequently they lose their right of withdrawal.

All Products offered on our website are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two (2) years from the date of delivery. The Consumer must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months from the date of delivery. knowledge of her.

The warranty does not include damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

The Client will have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund of the amount, and whose procedures will be free.
