The purpose of these General Contracting Conditions (hereinafter, “CGC”) is to regulate the use of the online store www. herooj. com (hereinafter and indistinctly, “Online Store”, “Web” or “Website”) owned by ISOCEANPOWER, S . L (hereinafter, “ISOCEANPOWER” or “HEROOJ”) by, as well as the terms and requirements that it must comply with throughout the purchase process.

ISOCEANPOWER makes available to those interested who access and register in this Online Store (hereinafter, “Buyer/s” or “Customer/s”), the possibility of carrying out purchases of the products offered through the web www. herooj. com (hereinafter, the “Products”).

The acceptance of these CGC implies the conformity and acceptance of the Client of the integrity of each and every one of the sections described here.

The present CGC will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the website www. herooj. com

ISOCEANPOWER reserves the right to unilaterally modify, and at any time, these CGC without affecting the products purchased prior to the modification.


These General Contract Conditions (hereinafter, the "CGC") have the function of regulating the relationship between ISOCEANPOWER and the Clients, regarding all transactions carried out through from the website of the online store.

Customer will be understood as the Internet user who acquires this condition by registering on the Website, using the corresponding form and who is assigned a Client code and password, for which they have full responsibility for the use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider, as we will see in the Customer Registration section.


In compliance with current regulations, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contract Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1 /2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Clients and other complementary laws and Law 7/1996 of the Retail Trade Regulation, the entity ISOCEANPOWER, S. By accepting these CGC, the Client declares that he is a person with the capacity to contract according to current regulations and that he has read and accepts these CGC.


The Client will always have access, and in any case, prior to the start of the contracting procedure for the products, to the CGC, which may be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium.


The period of validity or duration of these CGC, will be the time that they remain published on the mentioned website and will be applicable from the moment the Client uses the Website, and/or proceeds to the contracting of any products.


The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify said CGC, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification by the Client.

The Client agrees to carefully read the CGC each time he proceeds to contract a product, since they may have been subject to modification since the last time he accessed.


If any clause included in these CGC were declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity will affect only said provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, subsisting in all the other CGC.


The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between the Provider and the Customer from the moment the latter accepts the purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms set forth below.

The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a determined price and publicly displayed through the website, of one or several specific products. Each of these products may be subject to specific regulation through the particular contracting conditions of each of them, of which more detail will be given in the warranty, returns, withdrawal section, or in the product's technical sheet itself. due to the different formats in which the products are marketed, their packaging or their own nature.


The Client can register on the web by clicking on the upper left button "Register", for which he will enter the personal data required as mandatory, which are: name, surname, email and password. This website www. herooj. com operates and sells only in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Hereinafter, this geographical area will be understood as "the Territory". Therefore, only shipments and distribution of the products are made in the aforementioned Territory. In order to start the purchase process at www. herooj. com, you must first register as a Customer, by clicking the button that appears on the main page of the Website "Register" and filling in the mandatory information requested on the page that will appear below. After your registration, you will be automatically assigned a Client name and password.

The registration system is not provided with a Customer verification system in the registration process. So that before the activation of the Client in the system, a welcome message is sent to the email in order to confirm the veracity of the Client. Once registered correctly, the Client will be able to enter with his username and password to the control panel of his profile to be able to manage all those functions that the Provider of the page has made available to him.

Once you have registered, you can proceed to purchase your products, which will be completely electronic.

The purchase process is easy and simple:

The prices indicated next to each Product include VAT and can be viewed from the beginning of the purchase. In case of making any offer, discount or promotion, it will be reflected on this website and you will be able to opt for it.

This price may increase with respect to the price initially shown at the time you added the Product to your basket. Therefore, the fact of adding a Product to your basket does not mean that you can buy it at the price displayed at that time. Delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the Customer. In the registration process you can indicate a different address where you can receive your orders.

The shipment of the Products purchased will only be made when full payment has been made and it has been received. In the meantime, the receipt of payment does not take place. the purchase will not be understood.

It is possible that one or more of the Products associated with your order are not available at the time of processing it. HEROOJ does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the Product does not take place as a result of the data provided being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond HEROOJ, such as the absence of the recipient or retention of the shipment in customs. In no case will this delay entail the obligation to compensate any amount.

For orders under €39.95, a shipping cost of €3.90 will be applied. Shipping costs are free if your order exceeds €39.95, except for shipments to the Balearic Islands, with specific conditions detailed below:

New customers have the possibility to place the first order without shipping costs.

We have urgent transport for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. This home delivery option allows you to receive your package in 24/72h (working days) with different transport agencies. If your order is placed before 7:00 p.m., it will be processed the same day, as long as the product is available in our warehouse.

No shipments will be made to post office boxes.


The delivery preparation period will be from 24 to 48 hours and will include the validation and verification of your data and payment, preparation of the order and collection by the transport company.

The term of transport and delivery of your order will be indicated, ranging from 1 to 3 business days if the destination is in Spanish territory. If the destination is within the European Union it will be from 3 to 7 business days.

In the event that you do not receive the package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate period is fourteen (14) business days). During this period, no reshipment or refund of the order can be made.

You can extend an order as long as you have not completed the purchase and you can do so by clicking the "Continue shopping" button.

To cancel an order after making a purchase, it can be canceled with the right to a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The order has not left our warehouses or is in transit to the indicated address.
  • For orders that have left HEROOJ's facilities, the courier company will be notified and in this case, the amount returned to the customer would be full except for shipping costs.

You can also cancel the order from the Client's profile at www. herooj. com For this, the Client must locate the order from the profile in his purchase history, provided that the aforementioned conditions are met, the money will be returned to the same credit / debit card with which he made the purchase, within 24-48 business days.


The contracting procedure and pre-contractual information is in Spanish and this language will be used to carry out the contract.


The invoice can be consulted and downloaded in the Client's control panel. For said download, the Client must go to "My account", "Order history", after locating the shipment, the Client can do it in "Details" and later by clicking on "Download your invoice as a PDF file".


The Customer may choose the following forms of payment:

  • Credit/debit card for which you will provide the following information:
  • Name and surname;
  • Card number;
  • CVV/CVC;
  • Expiration date of the card.

Your card information will be sent directly to the payment service provider Shopify. This entity accesses your identification data as a buyer and the data of the purchase made related to the payment process.

Through this payment method, HEROOJ does not collect or process any Customer data related to the card number. All the data is processed directly by the Shopify payment service provider so that HEROOJ can always offer the greatest transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.

Payment for the order will be made directly with said entity, thus offering maximum security.

In the event that the payment platform reports the refusal of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the Customer of its cancellation at the time. Payments may not be made with cards issued outside of Spanish territory. Your card details will not be stored in our database, since when they are filled in they will be on the secure website of the chosen bank.

  • PayPal: Your card details will be stored securely within your PayPal account, and you will be able to use your account on our website.
  • Electronic wallet: Apple Pay or Google Pay.

In accordance with current legislation, HEROOJ will reimburse you for the price of the Product and the commission expenses, within a period of (14) calendar days following receipt of the merchandise by the Client. To do this, the conditions set out on this conditions page must be met.

HEROOJ will use the same means of payment that you would have used for the initial transaction, unless another means is expressly agreed. In any case, the reimbursement of the price will not entail the obligation to pay any fee or commission.

The Buyer must bear the direct costs of returning said Products and will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by you. The collection costs in the peninsula amount to 4.90 euros and in the Balearic Islands to 6.90 euros. However, the Consumer is free to choose and search for the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates.

All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, keeping all its accessories in their original conditions (accessories, cases, boxes, guarantees, certificates, etc. ), in its packaging - you must, as far as possible, use the same packaging - and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the article.

Once the return form has been filled out and sent, the Client will receive the instructions in his email so that he can send it to our facilities. You must send the product(s) within a maximum period of 15 days from when you communicate your desire to exercise the right of return.

Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. The payment received will be returned, including the delivery cost, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice by the Client of a different delivery method than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer. The payment will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Until we have received the products, we may withhold the refund.

As an exception to the previously stated, the following cannot be returned, unless they are defective:

  • The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Products that may deteriorate (for example, food or perishable products subjected to a cold chain, expiration date), except for some cases of supplementation and food that do allow return, as long as their expiration date is greater than 30 days .
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Individual accessories that complement other main base products.
  • Products made according to the specifications of the consumer and Client or clearly personalized.
  • Products that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
  • Items identified as gifts, for example, those sent free of charge or at no cost to the customer by HEROOJ.
  • The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and Client with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.

All the Products offered on our website are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two (2) years from the date of delivery. The Consumer must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

The guarantee does not include damage caused by misuse or habitual wear and tear.

The Client will have the right to repair, replace, reduce the price or reimburse the amount, and whose efforts will be free.

To enjoy the guarantee of the Products, the Consumer must prove the purchase reliably by providing any of the following documents: proof of purchase, purchase invoice, proof of payment.
